Role Summary
We’re looking for a creative and organised Multimedia Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage video production projects from initial concept through to final delivery. You’ll work with diverse teams to transform ideas into engaging visual content, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver compelling stories.
This is a full-time position where you’ll develop key skills in production management, creative direction, and stakeholder communication. You’ll work on a variety of content types including marketing videos, social media assets, educational materials, and live event coverage.
What You’ll Do
Production Management: Oversee video projects from start to finish, including planning, scripting, scheduling, on-set direction, post-production coordination, and final delivery. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
Creative Direction: Work on set directing shoots and conducting interviews. You’ll collaborate with production teams and freelancers to bring creative visions to life.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between the production team and clients or internal departments. You’ll listen to client needs, develop creative briefs, and manage feedback through the revision process.
Content Production: Create diverse media assets including promotional videos, social media content, internal communications, event coverage, and educational materials in both short and long formats.
Skills and Background Needed
Experience with video production, directing, and multi-camera environments is valuable. You should have basic knowledge of audio-visual systems, camera operations, lighting, and sound principles. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Google Workspace is helpful. Experience using project tracking tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects at once, and enjoys collaborating with teams to solve problems creatively.
