Role: Social Media Content Creator – Marketing & Digital Strategy
About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Creator to help build and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll create engaging content, develop posting strategies, and help grow our online community. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn digital marketing, social media management, and content creation from the ground up. No prior experience necessary—we’ll provide full training and support as you develop your skills.
What you’ll do:
• Create and share engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn• Write compelling captions, posts, and messaging tailored to different audiences• Use design tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics and social media assets• Monitor comments and messages, responding to followers and building community relationships• Track how content performs using social media analytics and adjust strategies based on what works• Assist with scheduling posts and managing content calendars• Research trending topics and keywords to help improve content visibility• Collaborate with team members to align social media messaging with overall brand goals
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and communication skills• Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)• Ability to learn design and content creation tools quickly• Basic understanding of how to analyze data and metrics• Enthusiastic, creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing• Attention to detail and ability to proofread content• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks• No prior professional experience required—we welcome beginners with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
