About the role:
We’re looking for detail-oriented handwriters to join our growing team. Your job will be to transcribe digital text into beautifully handwritten letters for our clients. This is meaningful work that helps create personalized, high-touch communication.

What you’ll do:
Transcribe client text into handwritten letters using your natural handwriting style. Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet client deadlines. Maintain consistent quality and legibility across all handwritten materials.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need perfect handwriting – just legible, natural writing. We work with many different styles: sloppy, cursive, all caps, business casual, bubbly, and more. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working independently while also being a positive team player. Strong time-management and task-organization skills are important.
Skills/background needed:
Legible, natural handwriting in any style. Working knowledge of English spelling and grammar. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Comfortable with repetitive tasks. Self-directed with strong organizational skills. Positive, can-do attitude. No prior experience required – full training provided.
Contract length:
Part-time, ongoing
Schedule:
Maximum 4 hours per day, flexible scheduling around business hours. You must be available for at least 3 shifts per week. Truly flexible – you arrange your shifts around your availability.
Location:
Local, on-site position. You must be able to work from our office location.
Rate:
