We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who wants to learn social media strategy, content creation, and account management from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you’ll grow your skills across strategy, content planning, video editing, and client communication.

What you’ll do:

You’ll support social media accounts across the entire process, from strategy to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Help develop and refine social media strategies based on client goals and audience needs
• Stay informed about changes on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, and understand how they impact strategy
• Build monthly content plans, creative concepts and production schedules
• Assist with content shoots and help capture strong, engaging social-first content
• Learn short-form video editing and support content delivery
• Review and oversee content from concept to final posting
• Support client relationships, meetings and feedback management
• Present ideas and strategy recommendations to clients
• Monitor account performance and help improve future content based on results
• Learn about paid social advertising, including campaign structure and performance
• Collaborate with team members across social, creative and production
• Represent the organisation professionally in meetings, shoots and events

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have a genuine interest in social media and how it works
• Enjoy learning about current social platforms and trends
• Are comfortable with video editing software (we’ll provide training on what we use)
• Have a good visual eye and understand what makes content engaging
• Are eager to learn strategy, not just scheduling and posting
• Enjoy working with clients and communicating clearly
• Are willing to take ownership of your work and stay accountable
• Have leadership potential and want to grow within the organisation
• Are comfortable being client-facing and learning to represent the team professionally

This role probably isn’t for you if:

• You prefer simple task-based work without much client interaction
• You see social media management as only scheduling posts and writing captions
• You’re not interested in learning strategy or contributing ideas
• You want to complete assigned work and move on without thinking about the account
• You’re uncomfortable with client-facing conversations or feedback

What we’re looking for in your application:

• Examples of social media accounts you’ve worked on or managed, with a brief explanation of your role
• Any short-form videos you’ve edited or helped create
• Examples of content you’ve helped concept, shoot or produce
• Your current availability and when you could start
• Any experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

What we offer:

• Full training and support as you learn
• Work fully remote from home
• Flexible schedule within core hours
• Opportunity to develop real skills in social media strategy and content production
• Potential to grow into a permanent, full-time role
• Collaborative, supportive team environment
• The chance to work on real client accounts and see your work in action

About us:
