We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on managing our online presence, engaging with our community, and creating meaningful customer connections through social media and digital content. You will develop content strategies, create engaging posts, and help build positive relationships with audiences across digital channels. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
Duties
Manage and maintain an active presence across multiple social media platforms, including content posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Develop and execute social media communication strategies to connect authentically with audiences.
Create engaging social media content, including written posts, graphics, and videos that align with messaging goals.
Use media editing tools to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
Write compelling content for social media campaigns, blogs, or newsletters.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance metrics such as reach and engagement, and use insights to refine strategies.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels to foster positive relationships.
Collaborate with team members to align social media activities with broader business objectives.
Skills/background needed
Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Basic experience with media editing tools such as Canva (or willingness to learn).
A creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas for engaging content.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
