We are seeking an entry-level Social Media Specialist to help build and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and help analyze how our posts perform. You’ll work with popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to connect with our audience and support our marketing goals. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
Duties
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms.Create engaging content including text posts, graphics, videos, and photography that align with branding guidelines.Manage social media accounts and schedule posts to optimize content delivery.Gather insights on audience interests, industry trends, and what competitors are doing to inform content decisions.Track performance metrics and generate reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.Execute paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and boost engagement.Perform keyword research and optimization to enhance content visibility.Edit media assets for graphic design and video content using available tools.Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and community members to foster engagement and loyalty.
