About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic content creator to help build and manage our social media presence. You’ll create, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple platforms, respond to comments and messages, and help grow our online community. This role combines creativity, content creation, and community management to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute social media strategies across all active platforms. Create original content including photos, videos, and written posts. Manage and organize digital assets. Monitor conversations and engage with followers in a genuine, responsive way. Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust your approach based on what works. Collaborate with different teams to find new content opportunities. Stay informed about current social media trends and best practices. Provide regular performance reports and work towards set goals.
Skills and experience needed
Passion for social media and content creation. Excellent writing and communication skills. Comfortable using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Able to edit photos and videos using tools like Canva, or similar software. Basic photography and video skills are helpful but can be developed on the job. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Fluent in English. High school diploma or equivalent. No prior professional experience required – full training provided.
Work format
This is a hybrid remote position. You’ll work from home for most tasks, with occasional in-person days (1-2 per week) for content production, team meetings, and collaboration. Some flexibility in scheduling based on content needs.
