What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the development and production of client proposals, qualifications, and presentations with a focus on quality, creativity, and meeting deadlines

• Manage content development and strategy directly with the business development team

• Craft compelling story content about clients, projects, and company differentiators, incorporating these into deliverables that address unique client needs

• Ensure all external content and client deliverables align with brand standards and messaging guidelines

• Participate in strategic brainstorms and presell meetings

• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branded content, awards submissions, and event support to increase market visibility

• Develop internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, website content, social media posts, and digital channel content

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital assets, ensuring efficient categorization and providing guidance to team members

• Conduct research to understand market sectors and industry trends; analyze and communicate findings with leadership

• Visit sites regularly to enhance partnerships, gather visual content, and interview teams for future marketing opportunities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality external content

• Mentor and train less experienced team members

• Lead multiple deliverables concurrently and manage multiple tasks independently

• Participate in professional or community organizations

• Stay current with marketing trends and tools

• Support a positive and inclusive work environment

Skills and Experience Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or related industries

• Advanced knowledge of design software (such as InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, and photography

• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Advanced writing and critical thinking skills

• Strong knowledge of process management

• Knowledge of industry services and construction management awareness
