This is a full-time, on-site position working 37.5 hours per week.

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our marketing team. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement are valued. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide full training.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in marketing activities and support the sales team with client communications and proposal preparation
• Help prepare sales proposals and submissions to relevant carriers and wholesalers
• Review quotations and collaborate with sales and service teams to develop client proposals
• Support the design and implementation of marketing programs for clients
• Assist with ratings calculations and quotations as needed
• Assemble and distribute transaction documents
• Attend regular marketing update meetings and contribute to status reports
• Help produce marketing activity reports for internal teams
• Support the development of best practices and processes in coordination with other departments
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external partners
• Assist with appointment paperwork and contract reviews
• Provide updates to leadership on relevant business matters
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to research, plan, and execute marketing activities

• Ability to communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet workplace standards
