In this position, you’ll greet guests, present vacation ownership opportunities, and inspire them to explore what we have to offer. You’ll need persistence, resilience, and the ability to overcome objections while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
Job Summary
In this on-site marketing role, you’ll work with prospective and current guests within the resort. You’ll greet guests, present offerings, and schedule them to meet with a sales representative for a presentation.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador• Partner with resort staff to identify and greet arriving guests• Present vacation ownership opportunities and incentivize attendance at sales presentations• Screen and qualify potential customers following company guidelines• Make reservations and collect required deposits• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings• Keep current on marketing materials and industry trends• Set and review performance goals regularly
Skills/background needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience (or relevant equivalent experience)• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel• General computer and smart device skills• No travel required outside the local area
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay plus commissions and bonuses, details shared upon application.
