We are a busy automotive dealership looking for an enthusiastic Service Writer to join our team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to work directly with customers and our service team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
About the Role:
As a Service Writer, you will be the friendly face between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Writing repair orders and service estimates for customers• Explaining repair work and building customer confidence in our services• Coordinating communication between customers and our service technicians• Processing and closing repair orders• Supporting the service team to keep operations running smoothly

You don’t need prior experience—we’ll provide full training. We’re looking for someone who is:

Skills/background needed: Valid driver’s license required. No prior automotive experience necessary.
