Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with one-hour lunch break

We are hiring a Service Writer to join a customer-focused automotive repair team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to learn the automotive service industry from the ground up.
About the Role
As a Service Writer, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Greeting customers in person and over the phone, listening carefully to their concerns
- Explaining recommended repairs and services in clear, easy-to-understand language
- Scheduling service appointments and keeping customers informed throughout their repair
- Processing repair orders, explaining costs, and handling payments
- Coordinating with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure work is completed accurately
- Managing vendor orders and processing parts returns as needed
- Handling a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment while staying organized

Prior automotive experience or sales background is helpful but not required. We provide full training and support as you learn.
