Roles: Sales Associate progressing to Sales Agent

We’re looking for someone ready to build a real career in sales. You’ll start as a Sales Associate working alongside an experienced mentor, learning our systems and sales process, then progress into a full Sales Agent role where you’ll build your own client base with ongoing support and coaching.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll:
Meet with prospective and current clients to understand their needs across various insurance products
Have consultative, question-based conversations focused on finding the right solutions
Learn to quote and place new business with our partner carriers
Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary products
Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewals to build lasting client relationships
Participate in incentive programs with bonus opportunities as you progress
Your Path Forward
You’ll begin by working closely with a senior producer to learn our proven sales methodology and industry knowledge. During this time, we’ll fully support you in obtaining your professional licenses. Once you’ve completed your training and licensing, you’ll step into the full Sales Agent role and build your own client base with continued mentorship and support.
Skills/background needed:
A genuine drive to build a long-term sales career
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
Willingness to learn and apply our sales approach
Reliable and resilient work ethic
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to obtain professional licenses (we provide full support)
No prior experience required — we provide full training
