Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Content Writer to support our marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign support. You’ll work with a collaborative team to create engaging content, manage social media efforts, and contribute to marketing initiatives across multiple channels. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Develop and schedule social media posts across major platforms, and monitor engagement and performance
• Assist in planning and coordinating multichannel marketing campaigns
• Support the team in using marketing tools and platforms to track campaign performance and analyse results
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials and campaign messaging
• Support project coordination tasks including timeline tracking and resource planning
• Help manage customer data and marketing databases to support targeted campaigns
Skills and Background Needed
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other major channels
• Basic data analysis skills and comfort using analytics tools to understand campaign performance
• Willingness to learn marketing automation and customer management systems
• Associate degree or equivalent relevant coursework (or willingness to demonstrate equivalent knowledge)
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
• No prior marketing experience is necessary – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most
