Content Writer – Growth Marketing, Full Time, Remote

About the Role

You’ll drive inbound growth through hands-on marketing execution and persuasive writing. This is a full-ownership role where you’ll move quickly from direction to finished work, without waiting for a fully scoped brief.

You’ll take on marketing execution across email, social media, and web, while writing the copy that turns visitors into leads. You’ll also source speaking opportunities that build visibility and feed the inbound pipeline, and support whatever else the growth engine needs – because at a growing organisation, something new always comes up.

What You’ll Own

Drive inbound growth
Execute hands-on marketing across email, social media, and web to generate qualified leads. Identify and apply thought leaders to relevant conferences, panels, and podcasts. Test, iterate, and share what’s working as you go.

Write what sells
Produce sales enablement collateral including prospect decks, proposals, one-pagers, and email sequences. Contribute website and landing page copy as needed. Not content for content’s sake – the stuff that actually helps close deals.

Keep the trains running
Maintain reporting on key growth initiatives and communicate progress clearly. Support event logistics for conferences and podcasts. Provide occasional coordination support to the sales team. Quality-assure your own work and stay current with digital marketing best practices.

What Success Looks Like

Inbound leads grow consistently through your marketing execution. Sales enablement collateral helps close deals. Leadership hands you a new priority and doesn’t think about it again until it’s done.

Skills/background needed

Experience in B2B marketing is helpful but not required. Excellent business writing skills are essential – we’ll ask for writing samples. Hands-on experience with email, social media, web, and basic analytics is a plus. You’re biased toward action, adaptable to changing priorities, and results-focused. It’s a bonus if you’ve worked in an agency, managed speaking calendars, created sales decks, or supported partnership programmes.
