Content Writer & Marketing Coordinator – Entry Level, Full Time

About the Role

We’re looking for an entry-level content writer and marketing coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll help build our brand, manage our marketing communications, and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own real projects from concept to launch — shaping how our organization communicates with the world.

This position is perfect for someone eager to grow in marketing and communications, with a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. No prior experience is required; we provide full training.

What You’ll Do

Content & Communications

  • Write, edit, and manage content across our website, email newsletters, social media, and other channels
  • Create clear, on-brand messaging for campaigns and communications
  • Manage our social media calendar — planning, scheduling, and monitoring content performance
  • Review content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy before publication
  • Respond to comments and messages on social channels, keeping our community engaged
  • Help coordinate internal and external communications to keep everyone informed

Project Management & Operations

  • Track marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish
  • Help organize workflows, calendars, and project tracking systems to keep work moving smoothly
  • Support budget tracking and vendor coordination
  • Help manage our marketing tools and platforms

Digital Marketing

  • Support email and newsletter campaigns
  • Help with website and content management
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns and performance tracking
  • Help coordinate multimedia content like videos and podcasts

Skills/background needed

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, email, and basic website editing
  • Basic experience with social media (personal or professional)
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent voice
  • Willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
