We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Concierge to join our team in a fast-paced, interactive environment. In this role, you’ll connect with guests, learn what excites them, and introduce them to our offerings in a natural and engaging way. You’ll invite guests to presentations while creating positive, memorable interactions. Your energy, professionalism, and consistency directly influence both guest satisfaction and your own success—and we reward that with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Concierge, you will:
• Promote and book presentations and packages to on-site guests and visitors
• Provide concierge services by recommending dining experiences and attractions while communicating about our offerings
• Distribute promotional information and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of marketing programmes
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays based on business needs
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training. You’ll need:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends (shifts between 6:30 AM–9:30 PM)
• Proficiency in English (speak, read, and write)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
