We are seeking an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team. This is a fully on-site position based at our workplace.
In this role, you will develop, edit, organize, and maintain high-quality technical documentation. You’ll work with IT and cybersecurity teams to create clear, accurate guides including policies, procedures, manuals, and service catalogs. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, edit, format, and organize technical documentation including policies, manuals, procedural guides, and related materials
• Develop and maintain technical documents such as service catalogs, procedures, and security-related materials
• Work with subject matter experts to collect information, clarify technical content, and ensure accuracy
• Maintain consistent formatting, terminology, and quality standards across all documentation
• Organize technical content logically and coordinate document layout and structure
• Create diagrams, process flows, and illustrations to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Maintain documents in the authorized repository with proper version control and records management
• Review documentation for clarity, consistency, grammar, and accuracy
• Handle sensitive information according to applicable security requirements
• Support the preparation of documentation and reports as needed
Skills/background needed:
• No experience required—full training provided
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible documentation
• Ability to create process flows, diagrams, and technical illustrations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with or willingness to learn documentation and collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines
• Organized approach to version control and document management
• U.S. citizen status required
