What you will be doing: In this live chat role, you’ll be compensated for accessing business Facebook pages and addressing common customer inquiries. Typical questions involve product pricing, return procedures, and sharing promotional offers. We provide thorough training that can be completed in under a full business day.
Success in this position depends on possessing strong customer service abilities, articulate communication, and genuine attentiveness. Since you’ll interact directly with customers, maintaining a professional, courteous, and straightforward approach is essential.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement
Rate: $30 per hour
Skills/background needed: Possess a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing social media and web-based messaging systems. Capable of managing tasks independently. Proficiency in adhering closely to documented guidelines and procedures. At minimum 10 hours weekly availability. High-speed, dependable internet access.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet (based in United States).
