This position involves no in-person interaction whatsoever. All communication happens through digital channels like Facebook Messenger and similar platforms. You’ll support various businesses by managing their live chat and social media inquiries from your own space. Being fully remote means you can work from home or anywhere with internet access.
In this position, your compensation comes from responding to live chat inquiries for business owners. Your duties encompass resolving customer questions, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet along with stable internet access are essential. You’ll also need solid fundamental English communication abilities in writing.
Skills/background needed: Entry-level candidates are welcome for these live chat opportunities, as comprehensive onboarding and instruction are supplied, and prior experience in this field is not required.
