We’re seeking individuals to engage with site visitors through live chat conversations on an ongoing basis. Our partners manage thriving e-commerce operations centered around digital goods and require support staff for their live chat channels. This opportunity welcomes remote workers from any location who demonstrate integrity and dependability.
This position requires no in-person interaction whatsoever. All communication happens through text-based chat platforms like Facebook Messenger. You’ll be supporting various companies by managing their incoming live chat inquiries via their websites or social channels. Since these are fully remote roles, you have complete flexibility to work from your preferred location online.
Your responsibilities as a live chat specialist will involve responding promptly to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and communicating available promotions and special offers.
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: A functioning device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable broadband connection. Competency in written English at a fundamental level is also required.
Skills/background needed: Entry-level candidates are welcome for these live chat positions—comprehensive onboarding is included, and prior professional live chat experience is not necessary.
