Roles: Order Writer
We are looking for an entry-level Order Writer to help keep product orders accurate and well organised. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
Place and replenish product orders using simple buying procedures. Keep orders timely and accurate so stock levels stay on track. Help plan product displays based on promotions and value. Track waste and spoilage logs. Answer customer questions by phone and email in a friendly, timely way. Keep your workspace organised and report any safety issues.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required – we provide full training. A willingness to learn about products and their details. Basic math skills. Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Good communication skills and a team mindset. Ability to follow directions and manage your time. A strong work ethic and enthusiasm to grow.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
