We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to help create clear, welcoming guidance for new users. This remote role focuses on onboarding and getting-started content, helping people move from first setup to first success.
Roles:
Write and update getting-started guides and onboarding materials. Work with product and support teams to keep content accurate. Shape a simple, story-driven journey for new users. Review feedback and improve documentation over time.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with full training provided.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Comfortable writing clear, plain English. Basic familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word is helpful. Willingness to learn and take feedback. Full training is provided for the right person.
