Roles: We are looking for a part-time Content Writer to create clear, practical website copy and articles. This is a fully remote role where you will work from home and collaborate with colleagues in operations, support, and management.
What you will do:
• Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
• Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
• Write and edit guides, emails, and web pages.
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience is required and full training is provided. We are looking for a portfolio of clear, practical writing, strong editing habits, and curiosity about how things work. Basic SEO knowledge is a nice to have.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days.
