We’re looking for a skilled copywriter to join our team. You’ll help create clear, compelling marketing content that resonates with audiences across multiple channels and formats. Responsibilities:
• Write clear, persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials—from digital content to print pieces, across different audience types and formats
• Partner with designers, marketing managers, and team members to develop, refine, and improve copy
• Edit and proofread for brand voice, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project briefs
• Use AI writing tools as part of your workflow, including drafting, editing, and quality checks
• Review and refine AI-assisted drafts to ensure they meet quality, readability, and accuracy standards
• Support team onboarding by sharing writing guidelines, resources, and process updates
Skills/background needed:
• 3+ years of marketing copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
• A portfolio demonstrating strong marketing writing across multiple channels, audiences, and formats
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and collaborate with team members
• Comfort working with imperfect information, accepting feedback, and revising quickly
• Strong editing skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, voice, and polish
• Experience or willingness to learn AI writing tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude
• Knowledge of writing for digital discoverability (search engine optimization)
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position
