What You’ll Do:
Your work will support AI model development through tasks such as:
Rating and assessing AI model performance based on output quality and behavior
Labeling and categorizing content elements according to project guidelines
Evaluating content quality, appropriateness, and relevance using predefined scales
Generating training data for machine learning models through text transformation, paraphrasing, and summarization
Testing product features and identifying whether they work as intended
Identifying specific content types (such as clickbait or branded content) based on guidelines
Ranking and ordering items based on set criteria or preferences
Creating prompts and questions for AI language model training and evaluation
Writing responses to prompts using language models
Rewriting text to improve clarity, style, and adherence to guidelines
Creating concise summaries of longer text and data
Transcribing spoken language and audio content into written text
Translating text and spoken language between languages
Gathering and compiling various forms of data for AI training and evaluation
Skills/background needed:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in humanities, languages, linguistics, education, or related field
Professional fluency in English (native or near-native proficiency required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project guidelines closely
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to think critically and evaluate content objectively
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
No prior AI or machine learning experience required—full training will be provided
