Role: Technical Writer

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help develop clear, user-friendly documentation that supports IT and engineering operations. In this role, you’ll translate complex technical concepts into manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand and follow.
What you’ll do:
• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation including system manuals, procedures, and training materials
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, user-friendly content
• Work with engineers and other team members to gather and validate technical content
• Maintain document version control and support documentation reviews and updates
• Ensure documentation meets required standards and formatting guidelines
• Support multiple documentation projects simultaneously
Skills/background needed:
• 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience creating and editing technical documentation in a structured environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance (active clearances preferred)
