Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team and support the creation of clear, comprehensive documentation and proposal materials. You’ll work with technical teams to translate complex information into user-friendly documents that help clients understand solutions and services. This is a fully remote position ideal for recent graduates or those starting their writing career.

What You’ll Do:
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal and technical materials in response to client requests and requirements while meeting deadlines
• Learn industry-standard procurement and contracting processes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to research and document project details
• Create graphics, figures, tables, and presentation materials to communicate information effectively
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing time effectively
• Develop clear solutions to complex technical challenges through written communication
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree (in any field; backgrounds in English, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration are especially welcome)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and write about complex topics
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• Experience with publications, research journals, or student media is a plus but not required
• No prior professional writing experience necessary – full training provided
