About This Role
We’re looking for a talented Content Writer to join our writing team. You’ll develop clear, engaging content that supports marketing and communications efforts across multiple platforms and publications. This is a fully remote, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working across different writing styles and formats.
What You’ll Do
You will pitch, develop, and write original content for a wide range of publications and communications materials. Your work will span multiple formats—feature articles, newsletters, internal communications, scripts, speeches, educational materials, and collateral. You’ll manage complex writing projects from concept through completion, coordinating with team members and stakeholders throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Writing clear, compelling original content across multiple formats and tones
• Leading and managing writing projects from planning through delivery
• Researching topics to ensure accuracy, depth, and credibility
• Conducting interviews with internal and external contacts to develop engaging content
• Assisting with quarterly publications—planning, drafting, editing, and coordinating with designers
• Applying editorial standards and style guidelines to all content
• Supporting editing and proofreading work across the team
• Identifying newsworthy story ideas and communications opportunities
• Collaborating with different departments on written materials and communications needs
• Contributing strategic ideas to team meetings and content development discussions
Skills/Background Needed
• 7 or more years of professional writing, editing, or related experience
• Exceptional copywriting and writing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong command of grammar and language rules
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
