About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate documentation that supports engineering projects. In this fully remote role, you’ll work with engineering and project teams to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand guides for operators, maintainers, and other users.

What you’ll be doing
• Create and maintain technical documentation that supports design, operation, maintenance, and safety information
• Take complex engineering information and rewrite it into clear, user-friendly guides
• Work with engineering, design, and project teams to gather and organise technical information
• Support the development and use of document templates and writing standards
• Manage document versions and revisions to keep information accurate and up to date
• Follow quality and document control processes to ensure all work meets standards
Skills and background needed
• Experience working in a technical writing role, or a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or a similarly structured industry
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and engineering data
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
• Experience with document management systems or version control processes (or willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with structured writing principles or technical documentation standards
