We are looking for an entry-level Content Writer to join our Technical Documentation team. This is a fully on-site position based in Greenville, TX, working a standard first shift schedule.
Our team creates clear, accurate technical documentation for a variety of projects in a supportive, dynamic environment. As a Content Writer, you will gather information, compose, and edit technical materials to produce manuals and documentation that help users understand complex systems.
What You’ll Do:
• Gather technical information and compose clear, well-structured documentation
• Edit and refine technical content to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Interpret technical diagrams, specifications, and detailed requirements documents
• Conduct interviews with technical team members to gather accurate information
• Work independently on assigned projects while receiving guidance from experienced team members
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and stakeholders
• Meet project deadlines and maintain organized workflows
• Support senior team members as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to understand and work with technical information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work well with a team
• Willingness to learn structured authoring environments and technical documentation standards
• No prior technical writing experience required – full training will be provided
Qualifications:
One of the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree (any field) plus some experience with technical writing or documentation
• Master’s Degree or higher (any field)
• Minimum of six years of hands-on experience in technical documentation or technical writing roles
This is an on-site role based in Greenville, TX. U.S. citizenship is required, and you may need to obtain a security clearance.
Contract length: Full Time
