About this role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, well-structured documentation. In this role, you’ll write, edit, and manage technical materials including guides, reports, and procedural documents. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand requirements, review documentation for quality and consistency, and ensure all content meets professional standards. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting or advancing their technical writing career.
What you’ll do:
• Create, update, and coordinate technical documentation and procedural materials
• Review draft and final documents for consistency, quality, and adherence to standards
• Analyze technical content and provide feedback to improve clarity and usability
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders throughout the documentation process
• Assist in research to ensure technical requirements are achievable and clearly documented
• Help prepare briefing materials and presentations for leadership review
• Write technical articles, reports, manuals, and guides for various audiences
• Manage document graphics and production to ensure professional presentation
• Maintain high content quality standards across all materials
Skills/background needed:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical information clearly
• Experience or willingness to learn technical documentation standards
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple documents
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technical writing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
