We’re hiring an Entry Level Technical Writer to join our team working on documentation and technical content from home. This is a great opportunity to develop your writing skills while creating clear, well-organized documentation that helps users understand complex processes and systems.
This is a fully remote position. You’ll work with a supportive team to develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation. No prior experience is required – we provide full training on documentation standards, tools, and best practices.
What you’ll do:
• Create and edit standard operating procedures, work instructions, guides, and technical manuals
• Organize and maintain documentation in shared repositories
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to gather and understand technical information
• Review documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Assist with documentation quality assurance and process improvements
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets deadlines
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate clearly and organize information effectively
• Willingness to learn documentation standards and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
