We’re looking for a creative, confident person to manage our day-to-day social media content and help grow our brand on Instagram and TikTok. This is a hybrid role where you’ll create engaging short-form video content, appear on camera, and build community engagement across our platforms.
About the role:
This is not a behind-the-scenes position. You’ll be the face and voice of our social media, comfortable being on camera and bringing your own personality and ideas to the brand. You’ll manage content creation from concept to posting, stay on top of trending formats, and help grow our following and engagement.
What you’ll do:
• Create and post 3–5 short-form videos per week across Instagram and TikTok
• Develop a weekly content calendar and plan content in advance
• Film content on location with instructors, staff, and members
• Appear in videos and social content
• Edit short-form videos from home using basic editing software
• Keep Instagram Stories active and engaging throughout the week
• Write captions and schedule posts
• Respond to comments and messages to build community
• Come up with creative, trend-based content ideas
• Monitor engagement and help grow our following and brand awareness
• Help develop recurring content series and campaigns
• Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to fit our brand
• Be available for occasional time-sensitive content needs
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable appearing on camera with a confident, fun, outgoing personality
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories
• Ability to film engaging vertical content on a smartphone
• Experience editing short-form video (CapCut or similar software)
• Good eye for aesthetics and visual branding
• Comfortable working independently and generating your own content ideas
• Organized and able to plan ahead rather than create last-minute
• Comfortable directing and approaching people during filming
• Ability to balance polished promotional content with authentic, relatable content
• Reliable and able to meet weekly deadlines
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends
• Prior social media or fitness experience is a plus but not required
• Full training provided for tools and processes

Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location:
Hybrid. Some work will be performed on-site for filming and content creation, while editing, planning, scheduling, and other tasks can be completed remotely.
