We are looking for entry-level instructors and writers to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in cyber security training and curriculum development with full support and mentoring throughout your onboarding.
About the Role
You will deliver training instruction both in-person and online to learners across multiple locations. You’ll work with experienced trainers to develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and testing resources. Your role will include supporting classroom operations, gathering feedback from students, and helping to improve our training programmes based on what works best.
As you grow in this position, you may take on additional responsibilities coordinating training schedules and resolving operational issues, working closely with the programme management team.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver classroom and virtual instruction to groups of learners
• Support laboratory and classroom operations
• Develop and revise course materials, lesson plans, and student resources
• Create and update tests and assessment materials
• Collect and review student feedback to improve courses
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance documentation
• Manage classroom equipment and report any issues
• Support both fixed training locations and travelling training teams as needed

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfort working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and email
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
