About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our communications team. You’ll develop and execute social media strategies, build community engagement, and help amplify our organisation’s voice across digital channels.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week at our office location, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. You must be able to commute to one of our office locations or be willing to relocate.

What you’ll do

• Create consistent, engaging copy and content across platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social channels

• Monitor social media conversations, engage with our community, and manage response protocols in collaboration with customer service and brand teams

• Advise teams and leaders on social media best practices and provide training to support effective, on-brand engagement

• Monitor social media trends and platform updates, identifying opportunities to engage with new tools and strategies

• Ensure consistent messaging across all networks, aligning social content with broader organisational priorities and product launches

What we’re looking for

• A genuine passion for social media, storytelling, and building authentic online communities

• Strong writing skills with the ability to create content in different voices—persuasive, informative, and personal

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube) and a willingness to learn new tools

• Ability to take complex ideas and explain them in simple, consumer-friendly language

• Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Interest in learning about key performance indicators and data-driven decision-making

• Experience or familiarity with productivity tools and technologies is a plus

• Generous paid time off and 10 company-paid holidays

• Retirement plan with company match

• Wellness programs and employee resource groups

• Flexible work options for eligible roles

• Commute and parking benefits
