About The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic social media manager to own and grow our brand presence across social platforms. You’ll be responsible for strategy, content creation, channel growth, and partnership building – with full support and training to help you succeed.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll work from home and have the freedom to build your own approach. You’ll have access to industry resources, partnerships, and a passionate community. What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day will include:
• Create and publish content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Develop channel growth strategy and find creative ways to scale audiences and engagement
• Identify and build relationships with creators and influencers relevant to our community
• Monitor what content performs best, adjust your approach, and continuously improve results
• Work with a small, collaborative team to execute campaigns and activations
• Use AI tools to help with scripting, captions, trend research and reporting
Skills/Background Needed
No prior professional experience required – we care about your genuine interest and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
You should have:
• A real passion for social media and the platforms themselves (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models – or eagerness to learn them
• A keen eye for what content performs well on different platforms
• Genuine enthusiasm for the industry and community we serve
Nice to have: Experience creating or editing short-form video, background in sports or lifestyle brand social media, comfort appearing on camera.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract Length: Full-time, permanent role
