About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow our social media presence. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone eager to develop their digital communications skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media channels
• Write clear, engaging copy for digital channels, sometimes under tight deadlines
• Monitor social media performance and help identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support the management of social media campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor news and industry updates to identify relevant content opportunities
• Coordinate with team members to develop content strategies that align with organizational goals
• Help maintain brand consistency and apply brand guidelines across all content
What You’ll Bring
• Genuine interest in social media and digital marketing
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter
• Ability to work with others across different teams and departments
• Personable, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work
• Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting
• Any experience with paid social media campaigns
