Digital Marketing Specialist – On-Site, Entry Level

General Summary:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in an on-site role. In this position, you’ll develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and create engaging content for a diverse audience.

You’ll lead digital marketing campaigns that combine creativity with strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who stays curious about social media trends, enjoys collaborating with teams, and can develop integrated campaigns across social media, email, blogs, and other digital channels. Full training will be provided—no prior experience necessary.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create, manage, and optimize social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Oversee digital assets, including websites, social platforms, and email marketing campaigns
• Research and analyze consumer behaviors and trends, then use those insights to improve campaigns
• Create content calendars, write copy, and develop creative content for digital and social media campaigns
• Evaluate social media performance and develop strategies to meet goals
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and track performance across all platforms
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Format content, manage paid advertising budgets, and evaluate performance metrics
• Engage with followers and manage the brand’s online reputation by responding to comments and messages
• Prepare reports and analytics on overall marketing campaign performance
• Collaborate with team members to create consistent, compelling content
• Stay informed about digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

Skills/Background Needed:

• Interest in digital marketing and social media (no prior professional experience required)
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Basic experience with content creation tools such as Canva
• Comfort with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and similar productivity tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Willingness to learn analytics tools and interpret data
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to develop new skills

Contract Length: Full-time, on-site position

Location: Local position available in Florida
