As a Community Manager, you’ll cultivate and grow our social media communities while maintaining brand safety and trust. You’ll review comments and messages, identify important topics, and propose new engagement ideas to strengthen our community presence.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media platforms, reviewing comments and monitoring brand mentions
• Optimize audience engagement by executing engagement strategies and tracking performance metrics
• Monitor online conversations and sentiment, responding to comments according to company guidelines
• Work with stakeholders across different teams to understand trending topics and community needs
• Partner with content creators and marketing teams to develop engagement strategies
• Create reports and dashboards to measure content performance and inform future strategy
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to optimize engagement
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and how they work
• Understanding of brand protection and online reputation management
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
• Organized, creative, and collaborative mindset
• Experience in social media is valued but not required—we provide full training
