We are seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to manage social media and content operations across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across social media platforms, coordinating content projects, and supporting a growing team. You will work closely with the management team to learn our brands, systems, and processes. As you gain experience and confidence, you’ll take on greater responsibility for strategy, execution, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
Build and maintain content calendars, schedules, and deadlines
Write, edit, schedule, and publish content using social media scheduling tools
Monitor engagement, messages, audience growth, and brand activity
Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and work with creative partners
Maintain organized content libraries and project timelines
Assist with photo, video, and basic graphic editing as needed
Track performance metrics and provide regular updates on progress
Research trends, competitors, and opportunities to recommend improvements
Skills/background needed
Experience managing social media for businesses or brands (or strong personal social media presence)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent writing and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Ability to follow processes, take direction, and communicate ideas clearly
A portfolio or examples of accounts, campaigns, or content you have managed (or created)
Experience with Canva, video editing, photography, or influencer marketing is a plus
Contract length
Full-time, approximately 40–45 hours per week
