About this role
We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you’ll develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and help drive our online presence and community engagement. No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided.
What you’ll be doing
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing digital media campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Creating engaging content including images, videos, and infographics to support marketing initiatives
- Managing and optimizing digital media platforms including websites, social media channels, and email campaigns
- Analyzing digital media performance data to identify trends and provide insights on what’s working
- Maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Staying current with digital media trends and best practices
- Collaborating with team members to support wider marketing efforts
Skills and background needed
You should have:
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva
- Experience with WordPress, social media management platforms, and content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and social media best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- An analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
