Roles: You’ll create and edit videos, photography, and motion graphics for websites, social media, and digital communications. You’ll help develop content strategies, manage social media accounts, and support the marketing team with digital projects. You may also assist with video equipment maintenance and help analyse content performance.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. You should have:
• A keen interest in video production and digital marketing
• Basic familiarity with creative software (or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfort working collaboratively within a team
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends
Experience with video editing, cinematography, lighting, motion graphics, or professional camera operation is a bonus but not required.
Location: On-site position based at our main campus facility. Local applicants preferred, but we’re open to remote discussions depending on role fit.
What you’ll do:
• Produce, edit, and create videos, photography, and motion graphics for our website and social media channels
• Help develop and execute digital content strategies that support our marketing goals
• Work with team members to create a consistent content calendar for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
• Design graphics and prepare images for web, print, and social media use
• Research new digital marketing techniques and tools to improve our online presence
• Manage video file storage, organisation, and backup systems
• Support web development needs for marketing campaigns, including landing page creation and QR code generation
• Conduct interviews and gather content from colleagues and team members
• Help with live streaming and video conferencing support
• Maintain and care for video equipment
• Assist with measuring and reporting on content performance metrics
• Other duties as assigned
