About This Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role brings together marketing strategy, campaign execution, and community leadership to drive player awareness, engagement, and retention across our platforms.
This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work from home and in-office as needed.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and lead product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and audience targeting
• Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns across all channels (social media, email, paid advertising, community, and partnerships)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize future efforts
• Guide community programming, including content, events, and platform engagement strategies
• Lead and mentor team members, providing direction and support to help them succeed
• Gather and synthesize community feedback and data to inform marketing and product decisions
• Improve processes and workflows to increase team efficiency and collaboration
• Develop community guidelines and programs to maintain a positive, healthy environment
Skills and Background Needed
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or community management
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns or managing online communities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and feedback into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with community platforms such as Discord or online forums
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for gaming and player communities is a plus
