Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone starting their career in social media and digital marketing.
In this position, you’ll support the creation and management of social media content across multiple platforms. You’ll work with a supportive team to develop engaging posts, maintain content calendars, monitor audience interactions, and help track how our content performs. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide full training and mentorship as you grow in this role.
What You’ll Do:
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Help maintain and organise the monthly content calendar
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement across channels
• Gather content ideas and assets from team members to keep accounts fresh and relevant
• Assist with social media advertising campaigns, including setup, targeting and performance tracking
• Track basic metrics like reach, engagement and follower growth
• Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities
• Contribute to team reports on social media performance
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging social media content
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with good interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Basic analytical ability and willingness to learn social media management tools
• No degree or prior experience required—we welcome entry-level applicants and provide full training
