About the Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help build strong online presences for the brands we work with. You’ll develop social media strategies that combine brand awareness with measurable results, managing both organic content and paid campaigns across major platforms.
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting out in digital marketing who wants hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning
• Manage content calendars and work with the design team to ensure consistent visual branding
• Help manage and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
• Track and analyse key metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and sales performance
• Coordinate with the creative team on photo, video, and multimedia content production
• Research social media trends and new features to keep strategies fresh and effective
• Work cross-functionally with strategy, design, and account teams on integrated marketing efforts
• Suggest improvements to workflows, project organisation, and overall digital performance
Skills/Background Needed
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is helpful but not required
• Strong writing skills and eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to understand metrics and use data to inform decisions
• Organised, proactive approach to work
• Willingness to learn and grow in a digital marketing role
