We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join our hospitality team! This is a hands-on role where you’ll support marketing initiatives, manage creative assets, and help coordinate materials that enhance the guest experience.
Roles: As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work across multiple areas of marketing support, including asset management, digital updates, photography coordination, and administrative support for the marketing team.
What you’ll do:
Marketing Asset ManagementYou’ll coordinate with internal teams to update, produce, and manage marketing materials including templates, brochures, promotional materials, and signage. You’ll oversee digital asset platforms, manage image libraries, maintain brand-standard templates using tools like Canva, and keep track of logos, fonts, and promotional assets in organized systems.
Property TouchpointsYou’ll help produce and maintain all on-property materials such as activity calendars, maps, key card inserts, in-room cards, posters, digital signage, and tablet updates. You’ll conduct regular audits to ensure materials are current and items are in stock.
Digital Marketing SupportYou’ll assist with email marketing creation, update website content and images as needed, and manage digital platforms. You’ll help create and manage QR codes and maintain digital asset libraries.
Photography & Videography CoordinationYou’ll assist with photo shoots (including prop setup), manage shot lists and asset requests, and audit photography across marketing materials and online platforms to ensure brand consistency.
Administrative SupportYou’ll support the marketing team with purchase orders, invoice coordination, expense reports, and receiving and distribution of items. You’ll also conduct ongoing audits of marketing collateral.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Docs, and spreadsheet software. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important. A friendly, service-minded attitude is essential.
