We are looking for someone to help train artificial intelligence systems. AI models are increasingly capable of performing complex analytical work — but these systems need people with real-world experience to validate whether the outputs actually make sense in practice. That’s where you come in.
You’ll work with AI models on tasks like evaluating AI-generated analysis, solving technical problems, and providing feedback that directly shapes how these systems reason about data and scientific problems. Whether your background is in data science, economics, statistics, operations research, or any other quantitative field, if you think rigorously about data and models, your skills are directly applicable here.
You can fit this work alongside a full-time role, or treat it as your primary focus, choosing projects and schedules that align with your availability and goals.
How it works:

What you’ll do:
• Evaluate AI-generated quantitative work, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data-driven insights, for accuracy and real-world validity
• Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and test AI systems, spanning areas like forecasting, experimental analysis, and statistical methods
• Write clear technical explanations and well-documented analytical code
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with quantitative data, statistical methods, and analytical coding
• Ability to write and review analytical code
• Strong English fluency and clear written communication
• Background in a quantitative field (such as data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline) is valued
