Roles: Write and update user manuals for automation products, create online help resources and tutorials, work with engineers to understand product features, keep a documentation library accurate, and help align technical content with marketing materials.
Skills/background needed: A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain things simply in plain English. Comfort with basic writing tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs is helpful. Training covers documentation software and writing methods, so you can grow into the role with support.
