What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Write clear instructional documents on manufacturing topics, working step-by-step with engineers to gather information
• Take notes and photographs on-site to capture important details for new documentation
• Maintain consistent style and formatting across all documents using templates
• Escalate issues and questions promptly and clearly, both verbally and via email
• Manage document history and version control
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously at different stages
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Potential future responsibilities may include interviewing candidates and providing professional development to team members
What You’ll Bring
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience creating process documentation that clearly communicates concepts and instructions (or strong ability to learn this quickly)
• Ability to translate verbal information into clear written procedures
• Interest in digital photography, including still and motion photography, with attention to detail and composition
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Strong listening and observation skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Additional skills that are helpful but not required include experience reading mechanical drawings or familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment.
Skills/background needed: Strong writing ability, attention to detail, ability to learn manufacturing processes, basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, willingness to work collaboratively. No prior manufacturing experience required—we provide full training.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position.
Location: Open to applicants worldwide.
